How to book a photoshoot?
As soon as you are interested in my work or any packages I offer go to the contact page and fill out the contact form. Give me a brief idea of what you are after even if it's not something I have displayed we can always have a quick chat and make something work for you.
I will aim to respond within 48hrs.
What to expect on a photoshoot.
After an initial consultation I will meet you at our agreed location, date and time. Promptness is key therefore if you are late please be aware this comes out of your allocated photoshoot time.
If we have discussed any props then please bring them with you otherwise I will have everything necessary with me.
Other people can attend with you but they can't be in the photoshoot unless previously booked or agreed.
We will then proceed with your shoot in a relaxed guided manner.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Hampshire, UK so Southern England is my area but I am willing to travel if my travel and accommodation expenses are covered (at an additional cost).
I know my local area very well so I can recommend great places for a photoshoot if you wish to have an outdoor location photoshoot.
When and how will we get our photos?
Within 1 week your watermarked images will be uploaded onto an online gallery for you to preview your photoshoot where you can choose your favourites. You have a certain amount of free images (number depending on your package). Any additional images come at an extra cost. Once you have chosen your favourites I will remove the watermarks and send you the fully edited, digital downloadable files for you to use however you wish.
Everything should be completed by 2 weeks after your photoshoot date.
Once I have given you your final images, it will be your responsibility to keep them safe on your computer or hard drive as I cannot keep everyones images from every photoshoot I do.
How many pictures will we receive?

If you wish to purchase the rest of the gallery over what is already included please message me for the price as this includes a discount.
What should you wear?
Depending on your style of shoot I can advise on colours and styles that would work well but it's entirely your choice if you desire to wear a certain outfit.
If is a family shoot wearing complimentary colours or matching combinations work best and avoid everyone wearing different busy patterns.
Wearing timeless outfits will allow your photographs to stand the test of time.
What if it rains?
Weather is weather we carry on regardless. I'll carry two large umbrellas with me but if we can find a suitable shelter to go inside to take photos then we will. If on the morning of the shoot it is extreme weather we will mutually rearrange the date.
Do I have insurance?
Yes of course, I am fully insured.
What if I/you are ill?
I ask that we both give a minimum 24 hours notice where possible if this is given then we will rearrange free of charge. However, if less than 24 hours notice is given then you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be required.
